			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Zilele trecute am pus gand rau unui iepure din batatura.  Zis si facut; l-am prins, l-am taiat, l-am transat frumusel si fuga cu el la bucatarie.</p>
<p>Din piept si spate am facut un bors super de iepure, iar din pulpe am facut o friptura delicioasa.</p>
<p>Despre bors nu spun prea multe ca se face identic cu cel de gaina eco (ca altfel nu ne place), dar despre friptura sunt cateva cuvinte de spus si anume:</p>
<p>Intr-o tava care se poate da la cuptor am pus putin ulei de masline in care am aruncat bucatelele de iepure impreuna cu o capatana de usturoi din care am desfacut cateii dar nu i-am dezbracat pentru a nu se arde interiorul. Tot acum am pus in aceeasi tava si un ardel iute curatat de nervuri si seminte (de fapt nervurile si semintele sunt foarte iuti, dar restul nu prea) si am asezonat bucatile de carne cu putina sare condimentata.</p>
<p>Urmarim sa se rumeneasca bine carnea pe toate partile si cand s-a rumenit punem cateva rosii cherry taiate in  4, putin oregano, busuioc, un pahar de vin alb bun si putina pasta de rosii.</p>
<p>Acum putem scoate cateii de usturoi si ii dezbracam. Daca s-a ars intriorul ii aruncam pentru ca sunt amari; daca nu atunci ii punem la loc in tava.</p>
<p>Mai lasam putin sa scada sosul format apoi acoperim tava cu un capac sau folie de aluminiu si o introducem la cuptorul incalzit mediu, unde o lasam pana la servire (circa 20-30 minute).</p>
<p>Acesta friptura delicioasa poate fi servita fie cu o garnitura de orez, fie de cartofi dar foarte bine poate fi si o garnitura din ardei kapia, gogosari si ardei iuti, toate coapte impreuna.</p>
<p>Fiind un iepure domestic nu e asa rosie carnea ca la cel salbatic, dar este la fel de gusoasa.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Dimineata m-am trezit cu o pofta nebuna de fasole facaluita, dar neavind nici o boaba prin casa am inlocuit-o cu soia. Banala soia, hulita soia, crucificata soia.</p>
<p>Nu stiti ce pierdeti daca nu incercati soia facaluita. Si se face atat de usor&#8230; Cu cateva ore inainte punem soia in apa rece la umflat pana seamana oarecum la forma cu fasolea, o spalam in doua, trei ape, apoi o punem la fiert. Nu este obligatoriu sa schimbi apa de cateva ori ca la fasole (eu am fiert-o in oala sub presiune). O fierbem aproximativ 60 minute sau pana se dezpieliteaza. Pentru un gust mai bun punem impreuna la fiert si un morcov, o bucata de ceapa, o bucata de telina si un patrunjel radacina sau pastarnac. Cand am considerat ca e gata fiarta o scurgem de apa si incepem a o facalui (de aici si denumirea) cu un dispozitiv de facut piureul de cartofi sau mai simplu cu un blender. Bineinteles ca punem si legumele impreuna cu soia. La final adaugam un fir de smantana, un fir de ulei, putina sare de gust  si putin usturoi pentru aroma. Ideal ar fi ca prezentarea sa se faca pe felii de paine si cu putina ceapa usor calita (pana capata culoare, nu arsa!) deasupra.</p>

<p>Zile trecute Alina a facut o salata orientala (cartofi, ceapa, oua de prepelita, masline fara samburi, ulei, sare). Cum pofta era mare a facut o cantitate pe masura poftei. Normal ca a ramas mai bine de jumatate si ca sa nu se strice in frigider am hotarat sa o folosesc la painea de a doua zi. Zis si facut. Am framantat compozitia de la salata cu faina in proportii aproape egale, am adaugat putina apa calda in care am dizolvat cantitatea de drojdie necesara si am lasat-o la dospit. A doua zi am copt painite din aceasta plamadeala. Nu va inchipuiti ce gust au. Incercati aceasta reteta si la masina de paine de acasa. Nu cred ca veti regreta. Pofta buna si pe curand.</p>

<p>Luati o cantitate de branzica prosaptata de vaci, o amestecati cu putin ulei de masline sau chiar si de floarea soarelui si o ceapa taiata marunt.</p>
<p>Amestecati, si amestecati, si mai frecati putin pana se inglobeaza uleiul in branzica. Dati gust cu putina sare. Intindeti pe felii de paine(daca este paine facuta in casa e si mai bine). Daca nu aveti paine de casa atunci trageti o fuga pana la noi la restaurant Casanova sa gustati o paine cu adevarat taraneasca coapta in cuptorul cu lemne.</p>
<p>Pofta buna.</p>
<p>Cat timp v-a luat sa cititi aceste randuri, tot atat va ia sa faceti aceasta minunatie de gustare pentru dimineata sau seara(daca nu agreati dimineata gustul de ceapa).</p>

<p>Cand ajunge temperatura pe la 80-90 de grade, oricum inainte de a incepe sa fiarba, se opreste incalzirea si se stoarce putina zeama de lamaie sau putin otet sau niste sare de lamaie in lapte si se agita cu o lingura. Se lasa cateva minute apoi se strecoara prin tifon sau o sita mai deasa.</p>
<p>Se poate manca dupa numai 1 minut o branzica diafana! GARANTAT</p>

<h2>MOD DE PREPARARE RETETA BORS CU AFUMATURA</h2>

<p align="justify">Intr-un vas cu apa punem costitele la fiert, dupa cateva clocote avem grija sa adunam spuma. Cand supa devine limpede punem legumele pregatite din timp, spalate si tocate. Punem inclusiv coditele de la patrunjel. Adaugam sare si piper. Lasam sa fiarba si cand legumele sunt gata adaugam rosiile tocate, cele trei linguri de bulion si fideaua. Dam intr-un clocot borsul cu leusteanul si le adaugam la ciorba. Adaugam sare si piper daca mai este cazul.</p>
